There are a number of methods for this to occur. These may include:
Postcode
We can identify blocks of postcodes (or individual postcodes) that would fall within the service district of a franchisee or individual business. If the postcode triggers, a conditional advertisement will be displayed. We tally the number of advertisements for you allowing you to on-charge a fee for this service .
Value
Higher yield customers displaying a higher dollar spend may be attractive to a different target market. We can identify value ranges and conditionally insert.
Demographics
Customers dialing predetermined international area codes could trigger a language variation delivering a message in the native language or font of that country.
Customer type
Business and individual customers can be divided into separate streams attracting specific banner messages and advertisement’s.
Data
We are not restricted by data formats. If it’s included in your data file, we can use it to benefit your billing. The only restriction is if the information you are seeking has not been captured by you initially but even in this instance there are methods to bridge using a common field such as account number, to still use data post output.

Level 2 - Accommodation
In 15 years of Telco Billing we have understood that delays occur or some last minute changes are unavoidable. Being a boutique production facility frees us from restrictions allowing actionable decisions to be made in an instant to your benefit.
We don’t double book assignments. We have a fail-safe methodology to monitor an anticipated assignment, we then build a buffer to help make up delays and we communicate effectively with you or your data provider to make it all happen seamlessly.
